Celebrate New Year’s Eve at the Brinton Bistro!
The Brinton Bistro will be open on Tuesday, December 31 for a New Year’s Eve dinner.
There will be one seating at 6:00 PM limited to 50 diners. The menu for the evening is:
Spot prawns in butter lettuce cups
with sweet grapefruit relish
Rosemary-Orange Roasted Pork Tenderloin
with Baby Sweet Potatoes, Creamy Kale, and Black-Eyed Peas
Warm Bread Pudding
with Spiced Grapes and Bourbon Sauce
