The Legacy of the Brinton Museum: A Look at the Collection and the Unique Connections It Has to Sheridan County

Historian Tyson Emborg will present his fourth lecture in the series titled, “The Legacy of the Brinton Museum: A Look at the Collection and the Unique Connections It Has to Sheridan County”, at 7 p.m., on April 7, 2016 in the Brinton’s original reception gallery.

The Brinton Museum and Sheridan College are co-hosting an educational Signature Lecture Series presented by Emborg, an American Government teacher at Sheridan High School with a passion for local history and family roots in the Little Goose Valley. The series focuses on the history of Sheridan County and life of Bradford Brinton, bringing to life a sense of place, and a connection between time, people and history. Emborg is also exploring what this means to The Brinton Museum, its art and artifacts, and the people who support the institution.
