Join Us Friday May 5th for a Cinco de Mayo Prix Fixe Dinner.

This Prix Fixe dinner will be following a lecture by Keith Davis as part of our new exhibit The Geography of a Life: Dan Powell’s Photographs of the American West. 

The lecture is free and open to the public.

Doors open at 5:30pm

Lecture starts at 6pm

Dinner starts at 7pm

Pozole Rojo- Pork Shoulder, White Hominy, Mexican Spices and Peppers

Main Course

Option 1- Carne Asada
Citrus Marinated Skirt Steak, Poblano Rajas, Refried Black Beans w/ Queso Fresco, Salsa Verde, Guacamole, Fire Roasted Jalapeno, warmed Corn Tortillas comes with Elote.

Option 2-Camarones a la Mexicana
Large Shrimp in a warm Tomato-Serrano Pico De Gallo, Cilantro Lime Rice, Guacamole, Salsa Verde, Fire Roasted Jalapeno, Blue Corn Chips comes with Elote.

Vegetarian Option-
Stuffed Bell Peppers with Quinoa and Black Beans 
Bell Peppers, Red Quinoa, Black Beans, Avocado, Sour Cream, Red Onions, Cilantro, Chipotle Crema
