The Quarter Circle A Ranch has always been blessed with wonderful cooks, and Dorothy Savage, Miss Brinton’s long-time personal maid and companion, was among the very best!
Some of you may remember the “Brinton Ranch Lands” booklet, published by the Bradford Brinton Memorial many decades ago, for which Dorothy, then Curator of the Brinton House, was asked to contribute recipes and a menu for a typical ranch dinner.
Chef Paul is recreating such a dinner for your enjoyment on Friday, April 8.
This historic three-course dinner will be held in The Brinton Bistro and includes a complimentary beverage (wine, mixed drink, or non-alcoholic).

Join us before dinner for cocktails and a presentation at 5 PM by Artist in Residence ZUFAR BIKBOV “Creative and Personal Life of Isaac Levitan”.
Dinner: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
$82 per person (including gratuity)
