Karyne Dunbar has spent a lifetime as an artist, art educator, and art advocate, She is the owner of the commission-free Art Shelter Gallery in Shell, Wyoming, and has sponsored art events in her isolated community for nearly 30 years. Dunbar has work in collections across the U.S., Canada, and Europe. The President of Ireland presented her work to the permanent collection of the Granuaille Center in County Mayo. Dunbar has exhibited in Athens Greece and New Grange, Ireland. She was a recipient of the Wyoming Governors Art Award, 2018.
