 Show Application Procedure

Applicants will be notified by February 1 of the committee’s decision.

Please be aware that exhibitions are planned 3 years in advance.

The Brinton Museum’s Exhibitions Committee meets each December to review submissions from artists interested in exhibiting at the museum. The requirements for consideration are outlined below.

For inclusion in group shows

For Inclusion in Group Shows
Artists interested in exhibiting work in a group show (such as the Brinton 101 Small Works Show or the Bighorn Rendezvous Exhibit & Quickdraw) should submit between 12 and 24 digital images of current, individual works. Each image must be labeled with the artist’s name, title of the work, date, medium, and dimensions. A current artist resume, including educational background and exhibition history, is also required.

The Brinton Museum reserves the right to withhold an artist’s submission if the artist does not submit application materials as required above.
