Located on the third floor of the Forrest E. Mars, Jr. Building, the Brinton Bistro offers a dining experience as remarkable as its surroundings. Guests can enjoy indoor and outdoor patio seating with spectacular views of the Bighorn Mountains. The Bistro features daily specials crafted with fresh ingredients, many of which are sourced locally—including from the garden on the grounds of the historic Quarter Circle A Ranch. 

Reservations are required Sundays and recommended  especially for brunch on weekends and during special events, to ensure a seamless and memorable visit.

Lunch: Thursday, Friday 11 am to 3 pm
Brunch: Saturday & Sunday 10 am to 3 pm
