Front of House & Events Manager

The Front of House & Events Manager is responsible for the coordination and supervision of the Front of House operations of the Brinton Bistro and Events & Catering Services.  Under the direction of the Bistro Manager & Executive Chef, the Front of House & Events Manager will help establish and maintain a service and leadership philosophy, which serves as a guide for respective staff while emphasizing the importance of quality delivery of service.

Cook at The Brinton Bistro

The Cook at The Brinton Bistro is responsible for preparing food in line with the Bistro concept which includes menu items that are sourced from our own gardens, made from scratch items with fresh ingredients, and innovative spins on classic comfort food.  The Cook is responsible for setting up and prepping for daily service, executing service, communicating with servers about specials and soups, maintaining cleanliness standards, breakdown of the kitchen after service, proper food storage, and equipment shut down.
