The Seasonal Receptionist & Museum Store Associate
serves as a customer service representative
at both the admissions desk and in the Museum Store during the Brinton Museum’s peak tourist
season. This position has the opportunity to positively impact each visitor’s experience to the
Museum and connect with visitors from across the country and world.
Line Cook at The Brinton Bistro
The Line Cook at The Brinton Bistro is responsible for preparing food in line with the Bistro concept which includes menu items that are sourced from our own gardens, made from scratch items with fresh ingredients, and innovative spins on classic comfort food.
Seasonal Tour Guide at The Brinton Museum
Tour Guides at The Brinton Museum are an important part of the museum
team. Tour Guides help to provide a meaningful and educational experience for all visitors to The Brinton Museum. Tour Guides typically work on a seasonal basis during the tourist, or peak, visitation season which runs from mid-May through Labor Day. During this timeframe, The Brinton Museum offers paid guided tours of the historic Ranch House and the Grounds (including stops at the historical outbuildings) which are led by Tour Guides.
Prep Cook at The Brinton Bistro
The Prep Cook at The Brinton Bistro is responsible for preparing food in line with the Bistro concept
which includes menu items that are sourced from our own gardens, made from scratch items with fresh ingredients, and innovative spins on classic comfort food. The Prep Cook is responsible for setting up and prepping for daily service, executing service, communicating with servers about specials and soups, maintaining cleanliness standards, breakdown of kitchen after service, proper food storage, and equipment shut down.
