Jon Madsen – 2020 Brinton 101

Jon grew up in Wyoming and made friends with the wind and open spaces. He attended college at the University of Wyoming BFA/MFA 1973 majoring in Art.  He then had a 25-year job in computers to support a family and his “painting habit.”  During that time, he matured and changed.  He taught beginning Drawing and Watercolor classes for the University of Wyoming Art Department, from 1998 – 2007, and has since retired.
