Join us for our annual gala benefit on the Quarter Circle A Ranch on Friday, June 28.

We invited you to join us for our annual gala benefit at the base of the Bighorn mountains on the Quarter Circle A Ranch.  This year’s event celebrates Planting the Seeds by so many dedicated individuals over The Brinton Museum’s 63-year history, especially those by the late Jane Ferril who was the inaugural Annual Brinton Gala Committee Chair.  Be a part of cultivating seeds previously planted and in sowing new seeds for the future ahead at The Brinton Museum!

The evening begins with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres with light musical entertainment by Denver based musicians The Auell Brothers and the chance to bid on the silent auction.   This year we are featuring custom boot maker John Allen Woodward during the event, and attendees will have the opportunity to purchase a custom pair of boots with a percentage of sales supporting the museum.  Attendees will also want to carry cash with them to take a 1 in 52 chance ($50 each) at winning a card raffle for a stunning necklace and ring set donated by On the Rocks Jewelry!

A plated dinner will be served followed by a paddle raise and live auction to benefit museum exhibitions and programming.  Attendees will have the opportunity to raise the paddle and bid in support of museum programming and the acquisition of the historically important Edward Borein decorative frieze which was originally installed in the Gallatin Ranch House and is currently on display in the museum’s Gallery of Western Art.

The evening will close out with lively musical entertainment by The Auell Brothers.

The schedule for the evening:

6:00 p.m. — Cocktail & Hors d’ouvres, Silent Auction, Card Raffle, Custom Boot Sales by Bootmaker John Allen Woodward

7:00 p.m. — Welcome & Dinner

8:00 p.m. — Raise the Paddle & Live Auction

8:45 p.m. — Live Musical Entertainment by The Auell Brothers

Seating is limited: Book your tables and tickets soon, so you don’t miss out on this incredible evening.

All funds raised will support The Brinton Museum and our efforts to enrich connections to the land, people and cultures of the West.

If you can’t attend, we hope you’ll consider donating to this worthy mission.
